Eat Here to Eat Less

According to Dr OZ and http://www.RealAge.com   When  it comes to losing weight, it is important what and where you eat.

If you eat in the dining room or kitchen, rather than in front of the TV or at the office in front of your computer, it will make you focus on the food and you will know when you are full. 

Another tip…Use the skinny glass, because experts say you will drink a third more of something in a short, fat glass.

And…Use a 9 inch plate.  Apparently this keeps you from eating too much. 

Of course, when you are alone, who’s going to know?  Only you.

    “Who’s going to know..only you” – I beg to differ. Those pesky doctors will know when it comes to scale-stepping time, lol. The article is so true.
