Spent the last ten days in New York City with my family! Good food and walking, walking, walking. Went to Weight Watchers and I had lost another 2.2 pounds, which is very good news. That is almost fifteen pounds since I started in April. It’s going slowly, but it’s going…off. Hope to reach my 10% off my beginning weight this week.
One thing I noticed while in New York was that walking up and down stairs in the Subway was easier. Fewer pounds to carry around.
